50 YEARS, BUT STILL OVER THE HILL!

Through two generations of entrepreneurs and thanks to their valuable employees and partners, the Company has proved to be always ready to meet challenges of the market, acting within main mission to offer products that meet needs of global lighting market demand, through constant research and development of innovative solutions. A choice that over the years has turned out to be successful, as many projects realized worldwide proved.
Initially the Company's production was focused on indoor and residential outdoor lighting. Afterwards, during the 90s`, Fael production took a different, new and challenging path, towards the design of floodlighting for sporting venues, streetlighting, industrial and outdoor lighting for medium and large dimension. A pathway that led the Company to expand its borders in the five continents, with the opening, in the late '90s and early twenty-first century, a production subsidiary in Brazil and a representative office in Dubai, two areas geographically strategic for the consolidation of the internationalization process of the Company.
The headquarters located in Agrate Brianza, 10 km far from Milano, is still the beating heart of all the corporate activities: the industrial complex of over 10,000 square meters, completely covered with solar panels which make the Company totally independent from the point of view of energy, sees every day the birth of the product range, entirely characterized by a high level of quality. The production indeed is certified by the Quality System CSQ - I.Q.N.E.T. according to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008, reflecting the attention that the Company caters to entire production chain. A scrupulousness which starts from product concept, entirely realized, patented and Made in Italy, reaching down to the continuous after sales support, providing its partners an all-embracing service.
With these features and modus operandi, the Company has built up over time also an excellent reputation over the international markets. It is here that the Company offers cutting-edge lighting solutions, customized accordingly to individual lighting needs, through a competent and prepared network of distributors that allows to be present in more than sixty Countries on five continents. A virtuous circle that generates a valuable information flow and a constant exchange of ideas that improve and enhance the talents and lighting design skills of the whole team.
